Finalist for the SAM Awards for "Best Renovation with Addition" this year!

After deciding to pursue our dream of living in a bright, modern home to suit our active family of four, we engaged Phil to create a plan that would transform our existing 1972 bi-level into a welcoming, open concept home. Phil listened as we discussed the issues we wanted to address and he provided solutions that were practical and worked within our budget. The final plan, which included an addition, was very well thought-out and the result is a casual, contemporary space that we are excited to call ‘home’. We are thankful to Phil for his expertise and his commitment to the design process.
